A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHDNGA. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMI~OVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SE~JRITY FOR TRACT NO. 13275 AND RELEASIN~
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SEGJRITY (TIMED CERTIFICATE OF
DEPOSIT) APPROVED ON I~B~ARY 3. 1988
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on March 29, 1988,
by Oxford Development Corporation as developer, for the ~mprovement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property speciflcally described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Highland Avenue, 1.200 feet east of
Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ent of said real property as referred to Tract No.
13275; and
WHEREAS. said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security. which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement; and
WHEREAS. said agreement and security replace the agreement and
security approved by City Counc/~l on February 3, 1988.
NO~. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City CouncLl of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby author/zed to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto, and to cause the
agreement and security approved on February 3. 1988. to be released.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of Apr41. 1988.
