A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANfI~O
CU CA~D~I~A, CALI PORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM HTI
CONSTRUCTION, INCORPORATED AND AU~I~ORIZING IME M~YOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN ~HE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conj unction with buildlng permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, undergrounding of existing overhead utilities established as
prerequisite to issuance of building permit for DR 86-43 has been met by entry
into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by HTI
Construction, Incorporated.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardlno County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1988.
