A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EN~IRON~NTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMi~TION FOR THE
PROPOSED ARCHIBALD AVENUE SIDEWALKS. PHASE II FROM
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD TO 6TH STREET
WHER~A~. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Archibald Avenue Sidewalks. Phase
Iii and
WHEREAS. said improvements require an Environmental Assessment: and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Archibald Avenue Sidewalks, Phase II.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the california Environmental Quality Act.
