A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDN~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIN~ ~HE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL
S~3DY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION i~OR
PROPOSED SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM 1987-88, PHASE II FOR VARIOUS
CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Slurry Seal Program, 1987-88 (Phase
II); and
WHEREAS. said program requires an Enviror~ental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Enviror-,ental Assessment Stud~ has been prepared pursuant
to the California Enviror~ental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW. T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereb~ resolve as follows:
SECTION I: The Cit~ Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Enviror~ental Assessment Initial Stud~ and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Slurry Seal Program, 1987-88 (Phase II).
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the Californla Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1988.
