A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCEO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONI~NTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED TRYON SIDEWALKS PROM KLUSMAN AVENUE TO ARCHIBALD
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the ,proposed Tryon Sidewalks; and
WHEREAS, said improv~nents require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Enviror~nental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Envlror~ental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, ~I{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Tryon Sidewalks.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to fi/e a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1988.
