A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRON~NTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED HELLMAN AVENUE STORM D~AIN BETWEEN MDNTE VISTA
STREET AND THE CUCAMDN~A GREEK STORM DRAIN SUJ~H OF BASE
LINE ROAD
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Hellman Avenue Storm Drain
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS. an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Qualit~y Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION I: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Hellman Avenue Storm Drain.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to f~le a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the Callfornia Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20~h day of April, 1988.
