A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS 12802-2, -5 AND -6
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on March 15, 1988,
by Lewis Homes of California, a general partnership, as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located east of Spruce Avenue, south of
Mountain View Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 12802-2, -5 and -6; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1988.
