A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO
CU CAMONGA, CALIFORNI~ RELEASING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND
APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR
TRACT NO. 10246
WHEREAS, Tract 10246, consisting of , 16 lots, submitted by Luther
Alkhaseh, Subdivider, located on the southwest corner of Hillside Road and
Haven Avenue was approved by City Council on May 20, 1987. The previous owner,
Luther Alkhaseh, has requested the release of the improvement agreement and
security approved by Council on May 20, 1987, and the approval of the
Improvement Agreement and Security submitted by the new owner Jung Hwang & Sons
Real Estate Partnership.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
3. That said Improvement Agreement and Security accepted
by Council on May 20, 1987, is hereby released.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1988.
