A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA~ APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CUP 84-34 (MOD.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on July 28, 1988,
by MBWJ Properties as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Base Line Road and Carnelian Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 84-34 (Mod.); and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security be
and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1988.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of
August, 1988.
