A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A 60-FOOT DEDICATION ON
RIDGEVIEW AVENUE AS OFFERED FOR STREET, HIGHWAY AND
RELATED PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1: The offer to dedicate to the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, the property herein described for Street, Highway and
Related purposes is hereby accepted. Said property is described as follows:
Those portions of the easements as offered to dedicate to
the County of San Bernardino per easement deeds as
recorded in Book 7299 page 237, Book 8651 page 555, Book
9037 pages 1192 and 1193, and on Parcel Map 3454 as
recorded in County of San Bernardino Map Book 32 pages 38
and 39, in order to have access to the tract.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1988.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of
August, 1988.

California.
