A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUAN~ OF A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED 19TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS FROM
WEST CITY LIMITS TO JASPER STREET
WHEREAS, the 19th Street Improvements aa a Public Agency Project shall
be subject to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act necessary to
protect, rehabilitate and enhance the environmental quality of the State; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Stu~ has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration all the available inputs and has reviewed same concerning the
proposed 19th Street Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~ the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does here~ resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial stu~ and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed 19th Street Improvements.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1988.
