A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAM~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND SAFETY LIGHTING AT HAVEN
AVENUE AND CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AND AUTHORIZING ~HE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Traffic Signal
and Safety Lighting at Haven Avenue and Civic Center Drive have been completed
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1988.
