A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR KENYON WAY PARK TRACT 13442 AND
VINTAGE PARK TRACT 13445
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on August 3, 1988,
by The William Lyon Cnmpany as developer, for the improvement of Kenyon Way and
Vintage Parks specifically described therein, and generally located in the
Vineyards Development of the Victoria Plan Community; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done to
accordance with the approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1988.
