A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU CAMgNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM BEVERLY
FISHBACK AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHERE,. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21. 1979. to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS. installation of curb. gutter, sidewalk and pavement
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for Parcel 2 of
Parcel Map 7852 has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement by Beverly Fishback.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement. authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same. and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County. California.
PASSED. APPROVED. and ~DOPTED this 3rd day of August. 1988.
