A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF RANCItO

PROGRAM AREAS OF TRACT NOS. 12402. 12365. 12672 AND 12673
FROM LANDSCAPE MAINTENANC~ DISTRICT NO. 4
~IERF2kS, Tract Nos. 12402, 12365, 12672 and 12673 were annexed to
Landscape lqsintenanee District No. 4 (Terra Vista Flanned Ccnmunlty) by the
Formation, Annexation Nos. 1, 2 and 3, reapeetively~ and
IWrlEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 88-336 has detemlned that
those areas that would not otherwise b· ~aintalned by the District be
maintained by the abutting property ownerl and
~IEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga dee~s it
necessary to deannex the abutting parloeays and trails for Tract Nos. 12402,
12365, 12672 and 12673 fro~ the work program areas of Landscape Maintenance
District No. ii and
~THEREAS, the City Council of th, e City of Rancho Cucamonga did on the
15th day of June 1988, adopt its ResolUtion of Appr0Val No. 88-386 to deannex
the therein described work and said resolution was duly and lesally published
in the time, form and manner as required by laW; shown by the' Afftda~it of
Publication of said resolution on file in the offi'c.ei:of the City clerk.' ·
NC~, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
SECTION 1: That those work program areas for the parkways and trails
abutting Tract Nos. 12402, 12365, 12672 mhd 12~6'73'be deannexed frc~ Landscape
Maintenance District No.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
