CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, AC(~PTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE R~HABILITATION OF VARIOUS CITY STREET, S~UTH OF
FOO~ItlLL BOULEVARD AND EAST OF AR{ItlBALD AV~.NUE· AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTIC~ OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
~IHEREAS, the construction of pub1 lc improvements for the
Rehabilitation of Various City Streets· south of Foothill Boulevard and east of
Archibald Avenue, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City EngineerI
and
I~tER~, a Notice of ~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~· ~I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~pletlon with the County
Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July· 1988.
