FOR THE BASE LINI~ BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT AND AU~ORIZING
~tE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of publlc improvements for the Base Line
Beautification Project has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer I and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~liERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
