A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF RANCH0
OJCAH3NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND SAFETY LIGHTING AT THE
INTERSECTIONS OF HAVEN AVENUE AT 6TH STREET, HAVEN AVENUE
AT JERSEY BOULEVARD, AND BASE LINE ROAD AT SPRUCE STREET
AND AUTHORIZING ~HE F~LING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
~tEREAS, the construction of publlc improv~aents for the Traffic
Signals and Safety Lightln$ at the intersections of Haven Avenue at 6th Street,
Haven Avenue at Jersey Boulevard and Base Line Road at Spruce Street has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyini
the work complete.
NO~, ~I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuca~onga, California, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sisn and file a Notice of Co~pletion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
