A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU.}iCIL OF THE.CIT~ OF RANCHO
CHCAPD~I3A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVI~3 PARCEL NAP NUHBER 11222
(DR 87-53) (TENTATIVE PARCEL NAP NO. 11222), INPROVEHENT
AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
~HEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11222 (DR 87-53), submitted by
Olmans Investment Company, and consisting of 6 parcels, located on the
southeast corner of Sixth Street and Buffalo Avenue, was approved by the
Planning C~mlssion of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on March 9. 1988; and
~/ERFAS, Parcel Map No. 11222 (DR 87-53) is the final map of the
division of land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS. all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval
of the Final Map by the City Council of said City have nov been met by entry
into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by
Oltmans Investment Company as developer.
NOW, ~ltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, Callfornia, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 11222 (DR 87-53) be and the same is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July. 1988.
