A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAI43N~A. CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTIN~ THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 13052 AND AUTHORIZING lite FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
~HEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13052 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Co~pletlon is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~ltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa, California, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
