A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO
COCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~I/E P~BLIC IMPROVEMENT3
FOR TRACT 13027 AND .AUTHORIZING ~HE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
OOMPLETION FOR ~l~E WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of publlc improvements for Tract 13027 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Englneerl and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Co~pletlon is required to be fi/ed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~apletion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, API~OVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
