FOR DR 84-12 AND AUTHORIZII~3 THE FILING OF A NOTICI~ OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W~EREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 84-12 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Englneerl and
WliEREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletlon is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RES(~¥ED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California. that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July. 1988.
