and 12935-44 Interceptor Levee and Channel have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Englneerl and

the work complete.
NO~. ~EREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California. that the work is hereby accepted and the Gity
Engineer is authorized to siSn and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July. 1988.
