(~JCAI~)I~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVII~ IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12832
~I/ERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga, Californla,
bas for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on July
20, 1988, by Willia~ Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Victoria Park Lane. west of Victoria
Windrovs Loop; and
~HEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12832: and
~liEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, ]HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tbs City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and tbs same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1988.
