A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~JCAI~I~A, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IHPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 11606-2
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga, C~lifornla.
has for its consideration an Y~pr~ve~ent Agreement Extension executed on July
20, 1988, by Grupe Develo~aent as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Victoria Avenue, east of Haven Avenue;
and
~IEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the te~s thereof, is to be done
con~unction vith the develo~ent of said Tract 11606-2~ and
~ER~, said ~pr~ent Agre~ent ~tenslon is secured and
accom~nied ~ good and s~flcient ~pr~ent Security, which is identified
said Improv~ent Agre~ent ~tension.
