A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAIONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING INPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 87-60
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on June 27. 1988.
by Martin J. Jaska, Incorporated, as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
genera/ly located on the west side of Red Oak Street, between Arrow Route and
Jersey Boulevard; and
WHEREAS. the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission. DR 87-603 and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California. that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
