RESOLUTION NO. 88-456
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU CAMDNSA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM HAVENGATE
BUSINESS CENTER II AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of median islands on Fourth Street established
as prerequisite to issuance of building permits for DR 87-59 has been met. by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Havengate
Business Center II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San 'Bernardino County, California.
