GUCAMg~13A, CALIFORNIA, AC~RPTING ~I~E PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT NOS. 10802,. 10801-1, 10802-2, 10802-3, 10802-4,
10802-5 AND 10802-6 AND AUTHORIZING ~IiE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W]iEREAS. the construction of public improvements for Tract Nos. 10802,
10802-1, 10802-2, 10802-3, 10802-4, 10802-5 and 10802-6 have been completed to
the satisfaction of the City EngineerI and
WqiEREAS, A Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the york is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOITED this 6th day of July, 1988.
