A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCItO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTIN~ lite PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12833 AND AUTHORIZING ~HE PILII~ OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12833 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
