A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
U3CAM)N~A. CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTIl%E THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 11577 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract IL577 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer~ and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepte4 and
the City Engineer ia authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
