A RESOLUTION DF THE CIT~ GOUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RAN(~O
G~CA~D]~A, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIG IMPROVEMENTS FOR
PARCEL MAP 8842 AND. AU~ORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W~EREAS, the construction of public fmprov~ents for Farce1 Map 8842
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~EREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 6th day of July. 1988.
