A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU CAMgNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
CLAREE H. BOESEN AND MARJORIE C. BOESEN, AND AUTHORIZIN~
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga has
established requirements for construction of frontage improvements in
conjunction with the Amethyst Street and Nineteenth Street Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located along 9529 19th Street, to be made
part of the Amethyst and 19th Streets Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Clarke H. Boesen and Marjorie C. Boesen have voluntarily
agzeed to dedicate deficient street right-of-way along 19th Street at 9529
Nineteenth Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
author/zes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
