A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF RAN(I~O
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVI~ IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 10246
L%IEREAS, the City Council of City of Rancho Cucamonga. California, has
for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on July 6,
1988, by Luther Alkhaseh as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of Hillside Road and Haven Avenue;
and
~HEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improveaent Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the developaent of said Tract 10246; and
~'HEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement A8reement Extension.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamon8a. California, that said Improvement Asreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonsa and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
