A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUCAH)NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEHENT . AGREEMENT
~XTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DR 85-32
~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Ju/y
6, 1988, by Forecast Corporation as developer, for the /mpr~vement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Civic Center Drive, east of Utica
Avenue; and
~/EREAS, the installatlon of such /~provements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develol~ent of said DR 85-32: and
~r6EREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
said ~ov~ent Agre~en~ ~tenslon.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CouncL1 of the City of
Rancho Cuc~monga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of Ju/y, 1988.
