A REsOLuTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~AN(~O
CUCA~D~I~A. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY :FOR TI~CT 13715
~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on June 1, 1988, by
Walton Management Services, Incorporated, as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent, to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located west of Sapphire Street on the northeast corner
of Exeter Court and Jennet Street; and
WHEREAS. the insta/lation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the ter~s thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ent of said real property as referred to Flannlng
Commission, Tract 13715; and
~HEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City CouncLl of the City of
Rancho Cuca~onga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
