A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAI~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT. AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR 6809 HELLHAN AVENUE
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California.
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on Hay 26. 1988. by
Laszlo Vass as developer,, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at
6809 Hellman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the developaent of said real property~ and
~HEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby author/zed to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July. 1988.
