A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O~ RAN(~O
(NCAH)NGA. CALIPORNIA, APP~0VING IMPKOVEMENT AGREEMENT. AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CUP 87-19 (PHASE I)
~EREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Ouca~onga. California.
has for its consideration an Improvement AEreement executed on Nay 24, 1988. by
Sierra Vista Church as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real proper~y specifically described therein, and Eenerally
located on the west side of Jasper Street. between Lemtta Drive and Sierra
Vista Street; and
~HEREAS. the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~aent of said real property as referred to PlanninE
Commission, CUP 87-191 and
~fltEREAS. said Improvement AEree~aent is secured and accompanied by Eood
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement AEreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to siEn said Improvement AEreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
