A RESOLUTION OF THB CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C~JCAI~I~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13318
~HEREAS, the Tentative Nap of Tract No. 13318, consisting of 18 lots,
submitted by Nayflower - Bayoun, a California General Partnership, Subdivider,
located on the southeast corner of Hermosa Avenue and Ma=anita Drive, has been
subaltted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by
said City as provided in the Subdivision Nap Act of the State of California,
and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said Cityl and
~EREAS, to meet the requirements established ss prerequisite to
approva! of the Final Nap of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with $ood and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Nap offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucemonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
appr~ed and the Nayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf .of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto~ and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney~ and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Nap
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
