A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAH)I~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUI~ER 10941
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10941)
WHEREAS. Tentative Parcel Map Number 10941, submitted by Turner
Development Corporation and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the north side
of Eucas Ranch Road. north of Fourth Street. was approved by the Planning
Co=mission of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga~ and
~IiEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10941 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel MaPI and
WHEREAS. all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RF~OLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California. that said Parcel Map Number 10941 be and the sam,
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to tbs
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July. 1988.
