A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P RANCHO
CUCAH)I~A, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING ~E VACATION OF
A CITY E~RGENC¥ ACCESS EASEMENT
~r~REAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8333. of the Streets and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is author/zed to
summarily vacate a City emergency access easement herein more particu/arly
described] and
~6EREAS. the City Council found fro~ all the evidence submitted that
said emergency access easement, dedicated over five years ago has not been used
for its intended purpose.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: The Council hereby makes its order vacating said emergency
access easement as shown on Map V-082 on file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. which has been further described in a legal
description which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A". and by reference made
a part thereof.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date this resolution is recorded.
said emergency access easement no longer constitutes a public service easement.
SECTION 3~ That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardlno County. California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
