CHAPTER 27 OF IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911
~EREAS, on Hay 23, 1988, the City Engineer acting under the authority
of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga had posted at the subject
location a Formal Notice to Construct Public Improvements.
~HEREA~, on this date June 15, 1988, the City Councll of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga has met to hear all protests or objections from any interested
parties to the Order to Constructi and upon hearing all objections, resolves in
the common interest of public health, safety and welfare for the City of Rancho
Cucamonsa that publlc improvements be made at 6705 Amethyst Street, APN No.
202-111-06.
NO~, IREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuca~onga does hereby resolve and othervise issues an "Order to
Construct" street frontage improvements consisting of parking lane pavements,
curbs, gutters, sidewalks, parkway grading, drive approaches and street lights
and all incidentals thereto in conformance to the "Standard Dravlngs" of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, 1984 Edition with supplements throush 1987, with all
plans and construction work being subject to revlev and pemit by the
Engineering Division of the Co~unity Develo~aent Depar~ent of the City of
Rancho Cuca~onga.
All work shall commence within sixty (60) days of the execution of
this resolution and if not com=enced or pt~vision made therefore to the
satisfaction of this City Council, the City Engineer, acting as Superintendent
of Streets, shall cause such construction to be made, and in pursuance to the
statutes of the Callfornla Codes for Street & Highways shall proceed with
actions to assess the costs therefore as tax lien upon that real property
described as:
Those lands situated in the State of California, County of San
Bernardlno and described as follows~
A. APN No. 202-111-06
That portion of Lot 1, Block 8, Cucamonga Homestead Association, as
per plat recorded in Book 6 of Haps, Page 46, records of said County,
described as follovs:

Beginning at the Northvest corner of Lot 1; thence South along the
East line of A~ethyst Street. 83.2 feet; thence East 40 feet; thence
North 83.2 feet to the North line of said Lot 1; thence West 40 feet
to the point of beginning.
