A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR 5810 HELLMAN AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 5810 Hellman
Avenue has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Ensineer~ and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyin$
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernard~no County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1988.
