A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF RANCHO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIN~ IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURIT~ FOR TRACT 13117
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement of Agreement Extension executed on
June 15, 1988, by Paragon Homes. Incorporated. as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real propert~ specifically
described therein, and generally located on the east side of Haven Avenue.
south of Banyan Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13117; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California. that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonsa, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1988.
