A RESOLUTION OF FHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDN~A. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 11997
W~EREAS. the City C~uncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June
15, 1988, by Nordic Development as developer, for the improvement of public
riEht-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
8enerally located on the southeast corner of Hillside Road and Beryl Streetl
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 11997~ and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, Californla, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1988.
