A RESOLUTION OF THE 6TIT~ (DUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RAN(~O
~UCAMDNGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVINS PARCEL MAP NU)~ER 9349
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9349)
WHEREAS. Tentative Parcel Map Number 9349. submitted by Brian Samuel
Smith and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the south side of Strung Lane,
east of C~rnelian Avenue. being a division of a portion of Lot 4 Block B.
Cucamonga Homestead Association Lands. as recorded in Book 6 page 46 of Maps
Records of San Bernardino Count~. State of ~alifornia. was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS. Parcel Map Number 9349 is the flnal map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map~ and
WHEREAS. all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucmmonga. California, that said Parcel Map Number 9349 be and the same
is hereb~ approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1988.
