CU CAMDNGA. CALIFORNIA. A¢CEFTIN~ A REAL PROPERT~
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM BRIAN SAMUEL
SMITH AND AUTHORIZI~ THE MAYOR AND CIT~ CLERK TO SIGN THE
SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21. 1979. to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuanceI and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lights and
pavement established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for Parcel
Map 9349 bas been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement by Brian Samuel Smith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the county
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1988.
