A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C~CAMD~A. CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~E FdBLIC IMPROVEMENT~
FOR DR 86-39 AND AU~ORIZIN~ ~E FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR ~{E WORK
WHEREAS. the construction of public improvements for DR 86-39 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.' and
WHERF~, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW. ~I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
