A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF RAN(~O

FOr CUP 85-26 AND AU~I{ORIZII~ ~{E FILING OF A NOTI(~ OF
COMPLETION K)R ~}IE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 85-26 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be f//ed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW. ]MEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and fA/e a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
