A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(IlO
(~JCAI~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~IiE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12532 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILII~ OF A NOTIC]g OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS. the construction of public improvements for Tract 12532 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREA.~. a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
