A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RAN(~O
CUCAM~NDA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVE~NTS
FOr VICTORIA PARK LANE RELANDS CAPING AND STREET
RECONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Victoria Park
Lane Relandscaping and Street Reconstruction have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
W~EREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be f~led, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREfoRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sisn and f~le a Notice of Completion with
the county Recorder of San Bernardino county.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
